Option 1: One time use of a 2Graphicz image for use on; flyers, business cards,
newspaper ads etc. |

Terms of Use Option 1:
The image file is leased for one time printing use in publications, flyers or business
cards, etc. The use includes use on digital media such as email, but does not give
the purchaser rights to publish image on websites or on CD-Rom type of digital distribution.
The purchaser agrees that the image file will be deleted or destroyed upon completion
of the one-time printing of the publication. The purchaser may not resell or give
the image to any another party for any reason. Judith Murphy-Perdomo (or her representatives)
retains the copyright and may resell the image. |

Option 2: Multiple-Use of a Mountain Footsteps image on any advertising, promotion,
websites, etc |

Terms of Use Option 2: The image file is leased for multiple printing uses in publications,
flyers and business cards, etc.Use includes use on digital media such as email.
This option also gives the purchaser rights to publish image on their own websites
or on CD-ROM type of digital distribution. Other than the multiple use by this purchaser
for their own corporate or private usage, this purchase option prohibits the purchaser
from reselling or giving the image to any another party for any other use. Judith
Murphy Perdomo (or her representatives) retains the copyright and may resell the
image. |

Option 3: Website Use Only |

Terms of Use Option 3: The image file is leased for one-year, only for use on client's
websites. The lease may be renewed. It does not give the purchaser rights to publish
the image on any type of print media, or CD-Rom. The purchaser agrees that the image
file will be deleted or destroyed upon removal from website. The purchaser may not
resell or give the image to any another party for any reason. Judith Murphy Perdomo
(or her representatives) retains the copyright and may resell the image. |

Option 4: Unlimited Use of Image & Copyright |

Terms of Use Option 4: This option allows the purchaser any and all use of the image,
including extensive digital manipulation, website and unlimited publications. Judith
Murphy Perdomo will relinquish the copyright to the purchaser, and will not resell
the image, but if agreeable to the purchaser, Judith Murphy Perdomo may still use
the image for her own promotional advertising.
